“I loved this, it was really helpful, it asked for everything I needed for my E-2 visa, and Keeley helped me so much at the end to make sure it was all good for the Lisbon consulate. Really easy to use, recommend 1000 times! Thank you again!”

The business

Romantique Wedding Boutique is Alexandra Sangion’s wedding planning and floral design business. Based on Oahu, Hawaii, it specialises in intimate weddings — tropical gardens, beaches, private estates and resorts — with full planning, day-of coordination, florals and décor.

Alexandra also plans weddings in the Algarve, Portugal, and turned to the E-2 treaty investor visa to grow the business in the United States.

Why Lisbon is demanding

She prepared her application for U.S. Embassy Lisbon, which has one of the strictest package rules of any E-2 post.

How Portunus helped

Portunus walked her through every document Lisbon asks for, one tab at a time, and built her business plan and five-year financials from her answers. At the end, Keeley went through the business plan with her against Lisbon’s rules.
